FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Kramerville, Sandton, South Africa (September 30, 2019) - In the month of February 24th, 2019, a video went completely viral in the Alleluia International Ministries in Kramerville, Sandton. The video shows a Kings and Queens Real Funerals hearse transporting coffin of a bot name Elliot to get prayers from Pastor Alph Lukau. This video shows the pastor and other congregants praying before the dead body in coffin, when the person suddenly rises, looking all confused and breathing hard.
A social media rage took place instantly with Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng, Incredible Happenings church leader and SA Funeral Practitioners' Association (Safpa), where they actually started charging Pastor Lukau for staging this miraculous resurrecting act. According to them, the church was “pulling an antic for sake of quicker fame” and also “bringing Christianity right into disrepute.”
To focus on the Alleluia Church’s side, the church was quick enough to affirm that the dead person was actually alive when brought to the church and in front of Prophet Lukau. The pastor saw the body breathing and that god was the one who already started to perform his miracle on Elliot. Pastor took to PowerFM's Power Drive host Thabiso Tema to explain the situation in details.
Pastor Alph Lukau stated that he was quite busy with Sunday sermon when he was distracted and told that a coffin was brought into the church. He was clear that the man inside was alive and he did nothing magical to bring him back to life.
“Considering this incident is placed as miracle on social media, this case absolutely deserves more caution in handling.” as stated by Alleluia International Ministries and Pastor Lukau.
