Owned by the Al Badie family, it is managed by Mr. Khaled Al Badie – who is its CEO and Vice President – and who also directs a team. He also holds the Chair of the Projects Owners Committee and the Finance & Investment Committee. 

Badie recently reflected on the history of the organization. The group was established in 1967, even before UAE was founded. The Al Badie family has since been one of the few families that have taken part in the country’s development through personal investments or by creating a co-investors’ consortium.
