Gauteng, South Africa (September 30, 2019) - The CRL Rights Commission is known for hunting down the misconduct of clergymen through the entire South Africa. The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities surprises their people with routine resurrections of any mishap from pastors past deeds.

The recent victim was the leader of Incredible Happenings Ministries church, who is also called the resurrection pastor, Prophet Paseka Motsoeneng. He was notified with case, which was opened against him by the chairperson Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva. This case talks about violating a protective order.

On December 13th, 2018 Motsoeneng called the chairperson liar on eNCA morning program and even accused her or opening some false cases against him. Therefore, the chairperson used the pastor’s action to resurrect protection order, which was granted year ago against fake pastor Motsoeneng by Johannesburg Central Magisterial District Family Court.

As per the order, fake prophet Prophet Motsoeneng was mainly prohibited from engaging in any electronic, verbal or any other communication, which is aimed at complainant, which ensures to humiliate and degrade complainant or even abuse her in emotional way. Later, the order got issued ion 4th of October, 2017 with arrest warrant. due to the resurrection of old case, the commission actually managed to consider what Mboro stated on radio as a law breach to 3.1(c)(ii), 3.2 (a) and 3.2 (b) sections.

These sections will actually forbid Mboro from ridiculing, insulting and calling Mrs. Mkhwanazi-Xaluva by other names anywhere, which will include media. There are some more prohibitions to follow as well.
